anyone know how the breakwater is fishing lately me and my mate are going to have a go on wednesday: pics of huge cod to follow !

no pics of cod but caught little stuff all day 5 dogs, pout whiting and an eel from the inside;
some bloke caught two bass, 5&4lb.
and i saw a 3 to 4lb codling caught; apparently a trigger fish was caught there on saturday, anyway i caught more than my mate and thats the main thing!

LOL! It you want to catch a trigger you need to fish very close to crab/lobster pots. The triggers like to visit them and bite the ends off any legs poking out through the net.

Could always try Chesil Beach maidstonemike, they catch them every year from the Royal Adelaide mark.
