I am returning to angling after 20 years. I am finding the developments in bait and tackle very confusing. Where can I get info to catch up online or what books to buy?

Hi Steve. For online, here is hard to beat unless you are going to do mostly serious pole work and for that, http://www.maggotdrowning.com would be a great source.

That being said, any bait that caught 20 years ago probably still will. Bread, worm, etc.

Give an idea of where you will be fishing and what you want to catch and you will get great suggestions here for tackle, bait, books, and all of that.

Steve, just do what you did 20 years ago! You will still catch and you can slowly come up to date on any of the new things that you think will improve your fishing.
