Certainly fill in a few winter evenings, go well along side the fly tying, imagination is running riot, could introduce a few feathers into the jelly world.

Alternatively, use silicone sealant squirted out onto a sheet of glass or a mirror.

any chance of a look at your handywork at the tying vice Snatch,do you have any photos of these killer lures?
Tried a few homemade bath sealant jellyworms with limited sucess.

RGF do a search using the words "sandeel construction" on the sea forum,topic only and you will find a step by step construction that Elton posted up for me. The pictures are not too clear but you can get the gist of it. The beer is essential by the way
