I know I should be working and looking after my customers but my friend just called and the sun is out (And the wife's away) and I just couldn't resist it.
We are off to a rock mark on the island called the VAT of Kirbister. The tide is wrong but those 4lb Pollock are calling for me. Full report at 5pm. Must be back by then to meet the wife off the ferry. Bob |

Nice one Bob, it's gorgeous over here too! A friend has gone to go and glass some engine bearers into his boat, and I am tempted to drop onto the Ola Pier before i am back at work at 5ish tonight. ( i love this job, a couple of hours work, then free time, then another couple of hours work, then more free time, and if i am working 3 shifts another couple of hours work and finished for the day... loads o' fishin')

Did I say the sun was shining.
I am blaming the tide and the wind. It was a very strong cross wind and it was very difficult to keep the lead on the bottom. But at least I didn't loose any gear. You may have guessed I blanked. First Blank from that mark in over a year. Better than sitting in front of the PC all afternoon and I just hope no customers called for support. Bob |
