Curry powder will colour them a bit and give them a nice smell too.

See http://www.jackfish.net/ for bronze and yellow colouring, I don't like the sound of the Chrysoidine
Search also brought up a US article on using green coloured worms http://www.freep.com/sports/outdoors/ |

You might be interested in some items from Baitstick. They do have the worm dye and have recently added a dye that can be used on live baits without problems.
The only product of theirs I've used regularly is the Baitstick itself (just ordered 3 more tubes) but based on the way it performs, I'd be willing to try the others if they fit the way I fish. Not sure about their policy on overseas shipping but you could telephone them. The credit card section of their order form is a little crude (you gotta type in everything for yourself) but it is safe. I've been using their stuff for around 6 years now and never a problem. -------------------- "Democracy dies when the people wanting their government to take care of them outnumber those wanting to take care of themselves." - Author Unknown - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - For a selection of lures, reels and other items, visit my eBay shop http://stores.ebay.com/JaNewt-eMart |
