Just a quick one, how much would you pay for a pair of used ones ? Both with a spare spool but in a good condition.

I still use a pair that are nearly ten years old and I have only needed one new bail arm spring, which is a doddle to replace. I would think that £40 is about right for a pair in good nick.

£40 each as a minimum. I sold mine last year and, if I remember correctly, got £75 the pair plus postage. I had several takers at that price.
