I have used there on line service about a dozen times and never had a problem.

Iv had everything from seatbox's to rod's from there mail order, (the best bit is it's only about 3 miles down the road).

Cheers Mark

Lazy Sod!

Thanks Mark,

Not getting a reply from emails I've sent. That's made me nervous.

I have used this site a few times and recently had problems ordering. However, the site appears to be fixed now.
I shouldn't worry about email responses ... they are quite slow in replying generally, but always deliver the goods if that is your concern.

Thanks jonhedges,

Doesn't make for good business though when one is enquiring about prices, offering business and you don't even get a sniff of a reply after 24 hours and emails.

Looks to me like they don't need the trade.

Bilko,
You are right m8 lack of replies is down to sloppiness..I mailed some holiday companies recently for Irish holiday breaks and one had a brochure at my door within 36 hours..gues which one I'll deal with..customer service is a must..

Gaffer recently had a 3 day delay on his email, due to his ISP having problems. Not always good to jump to conclusions

Tight lines,

Elton

Hi Elton,

My emails are reaching their destinations, so I can't think it being anything else.

Elton..

Any firm who have an online shop should be hosted by a reputable company, u should know that too and British if possible, any problem should be acted upon instantly as downtime could mean less money, I run a forum too, smallish one but I deal with a hosting firm in Holland who cannot be more helpful and Im a very small client of theirs in websize and bandwidth but they still solved the one problem I had in hours,on a Sunday too...nowadays there should be no excuse for any business to be sloppy..as for ISP email troubles, the least said the better, we are small fish,if only they pursued our problems like they do when your payment for services are late..

Bilko..

First of all, i am heading to be taken piking by your guide(Des) for three days in march hehe
