had dealings last night with them (did you miss me)
2 calls to india and 20mins of taxi speak just trying to get the right surname so they could explain to ME that i had told THEM about ,first call told me it was my modem and hung up (strange its this modem) second one told me to ring 151 after again telling me to do it all again after ringing 151(uk operator)i explained that trying to log on using the dialup software i got a "number not recognised" report she gave me a direct (and free)line to bt yahoo (none of those 50p a min calls when i explained i had 0900 call barring) who agreed it was the line after verifying the number and transfered (free) me to the 0800 fault center ,who because he actually spoke english got my surname correct the first time tested the line and put in a fault report ,all was well by 10am this morning rolleyes.gif
its still only 36k (in a good mood) but a connection afterall
with the number supplied with btyahoo you get 3 options ,1 says everything is well 2)tells you to log on to the other server (no good if you cannot log on at all)or press 2 for the btyahoo premium rate helpdesk and the 3rd demands a pin number to access it ,luckily i knew it otherwise i would be going round in circles till now
