We seem to be getting a lot of bright cold days atm. My instincts, probably gained from trout fishing tell me that these aren't ideal catching conditions. I've always assumed this to be the case for coarse fish too, am I right in thinking that?

Any particular tactics / fishing times / baiting approaches that come to mind for general coarse fish and pike?

Also, I'm assuming that these conditions will be a kiss of death for daytime zandering, any thoughts?

Cheers
