I understand that every year in dec the mep's involved in setting fishing legislation get together in brussels to discuss the policies for the coming year/s.
Does anyone know if the beuarocrats will be meeting this dec? and what is on the agenda. Will there be more quota cuts?, days at sea cuts?. will there be a reprimand for countries that break the rules?

Is there a representative of anglers at such meetings?

I can't answer your original question but if you do a google.com search and put in EU brussels there are loads of links www.ukrep.be/ looked good but I don't have the time to search further.
