Hi everyone
Moved from the sarf to Norfolk about 10 months ago, decided to try something different, I'm not a carp expert and I'm not a bivvy boy, I just enjoy fishing. I am on the Carp on the fly! It's like starting all over again and it's amazing! Had 4 on my first trip to Weybread Pits near Harelston, went back there this past Friday and found it 100% harder, just taking one about 7lb and losing another. BUT. . . . it doesn't matter. It was great fun and can't wait to do it again. I have my sight set on taking a 20 of the top . . . sometime.  Anyone else have any tips, techniques, fly(?) patterns? |
