I sent a PC back to Factory settings then tried to re-install its wireless dongle.
The CD installs but does not give the plug in device message and does not offer to finish. Have been down to the store and got an ethernet cable, this show the pc is connected to the network at 100 mps....but will not connect to the internet...just gets stuck at "Website found. Waiting or reply..." and a blank screen. What am i doing wrong? is it a case of school boy error, or is the PC duff in some way. Have got til DEC 8 till the warrenty runs out  Cheers for any advise  Firewall is off btw --------------------  |
