At last I made it out inbetween this terrible weather. Thought I would try for some flounders in the harbour so up early, hardly a breeze at home ,i loaded up and set off.Hour and a half later arrived at Rockley ,wind blowing a hooley straight across the harbour,paddled out to the other side of the channel anchored up and waited....and waited....and waited then all of a sudden a seal popped up near by, so up anchor and moved . Three hours later wind getting stronger so packed up went home. No fish but good day out,anybody seen that tide ripping out under the railway bridge.

 Turned out nice yesterday after the 3 weeks of wind,,,,,,,,like a mill pond at lunch time at bmth beach,,,,,,,,,,,,,,glad you got out shame about the fish,,,,,,,but thats how it goes ,,,,,,,,,rich.

[I think it was the seals fault.............good excuse though. Hows the fishing off bournemouth ?
