I've just bought a triple pack of SD HC memory cards to display photo slide slows on my new TV.
On sticking them into my computers card reader, I get the "bing-bong" (I do technical terms me) but no LED lights up and no drive appears in "My Computer".

Have I got a dodgy batch (all three seems unlikely) or is there some compatability problem that I'm unaware of ?

BTW, Standard SD cards seem to work without a hitch.

I bought a micro SD card for my phone. The phone reads it fine but if I put it in the adapter it came with to try and read it with my computer I can't see it. I can read and write to it from the computer perfectly OK using a USB adapter I have. I suppose when you pay £1.50 for 2GB of storage you can't expect everything! Maybe the newer cards have too much capacity for the older SD interfaces? Pure guess!
