Hello all,a little info about my fishing.I suppose i am an "allrounder"though mainly do coarse fishing.As a traditional angler i havent so far fished during the close season for coarse fish.This is where trout fishing on my local reservoir for rainbows,and streams for brown trout keeps me busy.
Sea fishing from rocks,piers,and the beach during summer evenings is good fun.The Dorset coast is about 30 mins away!. My passion is collecting and using vintage tackle,especially split cane rods.I have a modest collection and enjoy putting a bend in whichever one i take out on the day.River fishing would be my first choice.I had better stop before i put my reader to sleep.The rest will have given up already...   .Pete. |

There are a handful of us on here that use 'proper man's tackle'  So at least some of us will stay awake -------------------- Eating wild caught fish is good for my health, reduces food miles and keeps me fit trying to catch them........it's my choice to do it, not yours to stop me!
