​Cool (5ºC), calm & cloudy. River surprisingly low and clear given all the rain earlier in the week. WT 9.4ºC

​4 Chub; all between 1½lb - 2lb 14oz. 12 Dace, 5 Grayling, 3 Roach, a Gudgeon & 8 brownies.

​Pleasant morning's trotting. Chub were the target so very pleased to get that box ticked with 3 fish in the first 30 minutes. Trout were a flippin nuisance always jumping in the shallow water and killing whatever swim I was in!
