Just had my first Blue @ 2╝lb. Not much of a fight, thought they fought mostly in the air?

Does anyone know what they are. I mean are they a genetic varient on the Rainbow. No luck searching the net, ony recipices.

Thought they were just 'another variant' of the rainbow (golden - blue etc).
The ones I catch are quite aerobatic but not much more so than a 'std' fish. Maybe the temp made him feel a bit slothful (it has me!)

They are now very popular, at least up North and have been introduced to many waters over the past 2 or 3 years.

Very similar to the Rainbow in looks but the colour is er.......well sort of Blue.

Pictures, pictures, where are the pictures.

I forgot the camera.

Ok I know its a hanging offence, but have found a picture, just cannot figure out how to add it to the post.

There was a 'sticky' on one of the forums with all the 'destructions' but here goes:
you need to register with Eltons other site:
http://www.anglingpictures.com
Then you can upload your pics to that site (JPG or GIF are best).
Once the pics have been filtered and are on the site you paste the address into your post like this:
http://www.anglingpi...hp?image_id=420
Lets see the blue trout then! (I must get a piccy or two of them as well)

Mouse poised and ready.

Not the best pic, will try to find a better one now I know how to add to posts.

Thanks to AJP for pointing me in the right direction to add the pic.

Thanks Toggle, still waiting for Eltons activation code, AJP showed another way. See 'Adding pictures to a post' in non-fishing chat.
