fly reels for 7/8 weight lines

Sadly not in your price range [Cheap] and with no spare spools included, but if you have second thoughts try "Vossler" reels. Incredible is the word that springs to mind. I am saving up for a couple now.

so how much is the GRX, with the extra spools, do non come with spare spools?

If you're looking for a reel where you can change different lines with out buying expensive spools and lugging them around check out STH Reels. They make a casette system where you can change spools in the field. It's a really neat idea that works pretty well. I use one on my three weight and have a double taper line with the other casettes spooled with backing waiting for another line when I get back into fly fishing. Here's the link.
