Lake Salagou. Help!

I have been fortunate to discover that my girlfriend's uncle lives on the banks of Lake Salagou in southern france near Clermont l'Herault.

I will be booking my easter trip in a matter of days. I have got free accommodation and a promise of a free lift from the airport.

To be honest a think a 250 acre lake is a bit beyond my capabilities but what the heck I'll give it a go!

I'm desperate for as much info as possible. I'd be grateful for any hints or tips from anyone.
