the perception materials & build quality are better than Ocean but the the design of the Ocean for fishing beats perception hands down

I have to say, my Bics are a very superior build quality compared to the Prowler, but like you say, it is a handy fishing kayak. I'll just have to be more careful handling it out of the water, it doesn't seem very robust, more like a soft plastic bucket, where the Bics are extremely tough material, with proper handles, not just a toggle on a cord, very poor design.
