Hi Elton.

 

I just took a look at their site, and it looks pretty good!

 

I would be interested to know what chemicals they use to create the exothermic reaction? I have also emailed them asking this question, I wonder if they'll tell me? eek.gif

 

Actually, in my line of work, when undergoing repairs, I often use a mixture glass, resin and a 'catalyst' that creates the same or similar exothermic reaction - so its just idle curiosity really! wink.gif

As I said, full review to follow, but picking up on what Nick says....

 

Yes, they do seem quite dear, but the times when they're needed could outweigh that, like on a boat with no cooking facilities, or in a bivvy on a night when it's lashing down with rain and you can't cook outside (using a cooker inside is not something I'd recommend!).
