Davip,
The only option re. getting someone else to do it is to get one of the big bait companies to let you have time on their rolling equipment. Financially that wouldn't be viable for anything other than a big, established bait company. That's the main reason why nearly all bait rolling companies do the rolling by hand.

Pharmaceutical or food companies would be a complete no goer.
