Lake in France Wanted

I am looking to buy or long term lease a property in France. Living accommodation must be available but condition is not important. I am able to renovate if required. You will almost certainly need 'people on the ground' over there or at least someone with local knowledge - a part of France would also help narrow down the choice. The domaine des Iles site mentions that they offer such a service but I would only contemplate using them if you have loads of money to throw away in commissions etc.
