I have E-mailed the BBC quite a few times to see when they are going to release this superb Angling prog on DVD.

There are lots off extras never shown according to a post i read on here a while ago./

The BBC keep telling me they have no plans to release it on DVD at the moment.

They must think it not worth there while or Sky have some deal with them to show it thus stopping the dvd release.

Im sure it would sell well and it would make a superb christmas present for any Angler.

love the epsiode last night - where they are up the tree, with a carp hooked, and Chris tells Bob to jump out, as theres only a couple of feet of water....which turns out to be waist deep...

Once again women get in the way of angling, opp's that opened a can of worms.

 

But back to the subject . . Passion tell's it the way it is. It's hard to explain to a non angler what haunts our every thought once away from the water. I always remember Jach Hargreves saying he had to stop and look over every bridge. Guess he saw a lot of trains . . but we all know what he meant.
