Funny you should say that - I often suffer from insomnia, have done for years. I've found a new technique for getting to sleep is to mentally dress flies - put the hook in the vice, whip on the thread, etc, visualising the process step by step. I often don't make it past the first fly (although mentally unwinding the dubbing because I forgot to tie in the rib doesn't help) :)
