Angler's Mail 'Bin It!' Campaign

I was just reading the latest Anglers' Mail and must admit to being somewhat surprised at the poor response that they'd had from the trade for their Bin It! campaign. Basically, what they're trying to do, as far as I can tell, is finance a sticker scheme.

 

Anyway, I got to thinking;

 

We're always harping on about conservation here and I'd like to think we all do our bit as and when possible. How about all of us who can afford it chipping in a few quid and making a donation on behalf of 'The conservation minded individuals on Anglers' Net'?

 

If everybody chipped in a few quid and I collated them and sent them in as one donation, I'm sure it would make an impact, certainly more than some of the profiteers who have donated nothing. Cheques could be made to Angler's Mail to avoid any concerns.

 

What do you think? I'll post this thread in the conservation forum for your replies.
