I believe the correct form of address to a Duke is Your Grace.

 

Not sure how you would start a letter though - "Dear Your Grace" doesn't sound right, does it? confused.gif

I do not think she will get much change from the Duke. His relatives are very keen Hunters/ Shooters/Fishers.

 

I think the Royal Family are quite adept at dealing with a whole range of people with silly Ideas. She will probably get a polite reply, but no result.

 

On a practical basis, how about approaching your local Scouts/ Cubs as Anglers and offer the kids help towards attaining the badge?. A nationwide offer of this type would leave Ms Turner wishing she had engaged brain before opening mouth.
