Of course, previously the trust had consulted the rsa to listen to what both thier members and those who they claim to rep what thier opinion is regarding the bass stock. Havn't seen any press releases that they have done so. So Pigs might fly.

Any more detail from bass re the claim that the 'o' class in one season had collapsed. BTW, already done a couple of bassing trips this year, guess what, yup they were there, most enjoyable, they looked fit and healthy, or was it the case that they were shoaling up playing re the end game as we have previously been advised. The ones that we caught from both mls and upwards where mostly in roe or milt. Just as the pollack and cod are.

Another couple of trips this month, might just take me camera to show real evidence as opposed to doom and gloom spouted. Unfortunatly there is a big difference between those who do and those who seek change, they really need to get out more. Really need to set up communication with those who do.

Of course the fear is that those who seek change will arrange all these nice on paper restrictions even for the rsa without consultation and the seekers will be further dammed by those doers who they will affect.

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

Yup, totally agree with you Steve, are we seeing something that others do not see or refuse to accept it as fact? I have an opinion on the bass mls, however the trust has no mandate from any anglers what so ever to approach the government on our behalf, apart from a chosen few. That is what i find utterly distastful, just like the eel take ban and also thier involvement with the tope take ban again this year. Not in my name, not even in any anglers name apart from thier few chums.

My signiture, free to choose and i want it to remain so, so s@d off angling trust and speak to the anglers first and formost. If you don't want to go down that road, shut up is the best policy.

yet more reports of really good bass being caught middle channel today, so just what is going on with these perceived shortages?
