QUESTION FOR THE FORUM

:clap3: My first ever beach rod. I bought one second hand from the Anglers Den to enter a competition in Deal, along with an Intrepid Seastreak, caught a whiting and won a prize. Probably not worth a lot to an angler, more to a collector. :clap3:

My first proper beachcaster as well and also paired with an Intrepid sea streak.

Used it for whiting and codling of the Suffolk beaches in the early 70s

Probably responsible for my first 100 yd cast.

Still got one of my Longbows, used to use them with Penn Squidders with the airbrakes filed off. Any offers ?

Now use a pair of Conoflex Gambit 24s - fitted with Mag Elites for 4-6 oz work, or Penn 535s for 6-8 oz
