Wrightington  Fisheries, Mossy Lea Road Wrightington. £6 pppd £4 concessions. 01257 451352. WN69SA.www.wrightingtonfisheries.blogspot.co.uk  Just off M6, very easy to get to. Good write up about it in June Pole Fishing Magazine. Otherwise, Leeds Liverpool canal at Burscough/Ormskirk/Tarleton

There is/was(not sure if it's still there) a commercial at Longton nr Preston. Just off the roundabout where 'Little Chef' used to be

Hope this helps

Some great places but depends what your after. Some very nice river stretches on both big and small rivers, good spinning and pole fishing on various bits of canal and of course loads of commercials. Really just depends what you want.

You'd be best buying a wigan or Southport or some other local club card.  There's plenty of good waters on their books.

To be honest people don't like naming specific waters.

^^ Agreed. The card tells you the places to go so you cant go far wrong. Most will come with a seperate map book. The wigan ticket is pretty decent for about £28 a year but there are plenty of others. Maybe check out a few of their sites to see what waters they have to see which suits you best.
