no shame in it, i had a mate that couldnt swim in his 20s, and as soon as we made him go an do a few lessons (he said infact ther were a few lads his age learning) got over his fear of drowning (wich is not totaly unatural) and off ge gose! and he cant see wot the big deal was now! ( bless his sole)

get on it ther ar no excuses, the earth is rougly 75% water and so is the human body most natural thing in the world mate!

Oh the mate we got to swim was found washed up on the beach the other day! no eyes ! crab crawling out of his mouth! cops wouldnt let us see him as he was all green and bloated lol

spose he just got over confident

but dont let that put you off
