My Renault 19 Chamande's roof I guess will just be as soft as yours in the UK. I do agree with you guys that the roof rack wins hands down everytime.

 

But we must sell 35 of these on line every month, they are a great and very economical way of transporting your Kayak over shorter distances.

 

The longer journeys, and at speed, do however require a roof rack, by far the safest option, but as far as dents go,,,, I suggest you only eat 3 Weetabix in the mornings lads :D

Hi all.

 

Couldnt agree more.

A stable mount for the Kayak is a must.

Its not the damage to your roof, or the damage to the Kayak, but the poor sod and his family following you.

 

Makes £40 sound worthwhile now.

 

Got roof bars on my old bus, and have added the idea "Chuggs" put me onto.
