Hiya Geffaz.

Looking into the price......tiz bloody dear :D ../...nice though

it looks the absolute doggys doenuts (not saying i realy know anything about the finer points of kayak fishing) ive seen a vid of the pedal flippers in action masses of power for relativly little effort!

all a bit fussy for me (id only end up trashing the flippers or recking the rudder! clumbsy mofo) but not saying no if santa dropped one off!

:D spose ill just have to keep ringing richard and judys YOU SAY WE PAY

Hiya Chuggs.

Thats only 7 1/2 inches longer than the prowler 15.

Amazing how quickly you become acustomed to the extra length of a new kayak.

After riding the XT, I just dont notice the Prowlers length anymore.

For us anyway, storage - transportation - and getting to a venue (launch ) isnt a problem that the length would affect.

If it did, we could use the smaller yaks :)

Anyway........a bridge can come in handy you know :P:D

Later mate.

YY :)

Geffez / Dan.

Does look nice, but over priced.

Tried to get a price and availability from web site......NO REPLY, so what the after sales would be like goodness knows.

Im riding the Prowler 15 loads of room and nice to fish from, worth a look.

The Drifter is a Yak for the bigger guy too.

Depends on what you want to do, and if you want to paddle for miles ? :)

  • 2 weeks later...

am i right in thinking yakity the longer the yak the more economical as far as movment vs energy be!

think i read some were the longer the boat the less power that is needed over a distance!

if so then i might save extra cash to get it! as im not driving and my nearest intresting fishing spots ar a good 10 mile away east or west or about a mile off shore!

and the beach is a 30 sec walk away!
