Sussex Anglers Support River Project

Anglers who fish the River Ouse have been finding out about a South East Water programme to improve water quality in the area.

Members of the Haywards Heath and District Angling Society (an Angling Trust member club), which has fished species including tench, pike, roach and carp for more than 100 years along the river, met with Simon Lohrey, who is leading the Ouse Upstream Thinking Project.
