Want to make your very own mini-crossbow? Here's how along with instructions for some other great, inexpensive projects.

Over seventeen under the eye of a 21 year old and alls fine ,dammed dangerous things though so only suitable for open spaces ,like arrows if they hit something on an edge you dont have a clue where they will go.

Believe NOTHING anyones says or writes unless you witness it yourself and even then your eyes can deceive you

None of this "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" crap it just means i have at least two enemies!

 

There is only one opinion i listen to ,its mine and its ALWAYS right even when its wrong

 

Its far easier to curse the darkness than light one candle

Less range and less potential for damage than a thrown rock.

Bit of a waste of time then ,were ok with trebuches .,silly american trying to teach country that played with such things before his country existed LOL

On the other hand....you do have some advantages

Don't panic, it's just a peg gun!

Used to have battles at work with them ,got in a lot of trouble with arms escalation!

 

Must admit one christmas we had a lot of fun playing crossbows and catapults

At primary school, one of the girls and I had a nice little enterprise manufacturing darts to be blown through the milk bottle straws. Should have kept in touch with that one! :)

6'0" of copper tube and lump of putty is good enough for me, you can make nice darts for that too with a fine masonry nail and a fibre rawlplug; failing all that I'll stick to a big rubber band and a paper clip.
