Tuggs, I was serious when I asked about the book, I've wanted to do one for a while. I've done a booklet and a calander, my pics are used in papers and magazines and have been used in books but I would love to do a full book.

 

Keep going with yours.

SandTiger was going on about chilli earlier so I am on thread.

Has anyone tried the smoked Spanish paprika?

Not overly hot and there is a sweet version as well but it adds a lovely smokey flavour.

Fry it up with some pork and then add stock, veg etc for a brilliant stew.

I find the smokey aroma is similar to a nice Island malt.

La Chinata, Pimenton de la Vera is the one to go for.
