Tell the wife and kids that you won't be available for duty on the 23rd July, cos you'll be fishing the AnglersAfloat 24 Hour Species Hunt.

Excellent news Zzippy, I was kind of concerned that you might be working.... again

 

Tides aren't too bad that weekend, so I'm told, (have mislaid my tables ).

 

There could be quite a bit of competition this time around, Richi is desperate for Spanner's crown and has been entering marks into his GPS for at least the last month, hope somebody tells the fish.

Yesssss... just checked my calendar and this is just after I get back from family holiday ... phew, that was close.

 

I was lucky last time as I was the only one to get any decent weather.... I don't think I'll be so lucky this time so chances are that that crown will be heading south ... C'mon Neil, you've gotta stop it heading south of the border

Thats my plan too

Should be able to rack up at least 6 species on the river in 2 hours.Then out to sea for the afternoon.Back for tea.Then a night Session somewhere
