spur hound, i will leave the experienced guys to answer what to use/bring, but if you need anything when up here, the new tackle shop will open up just for you if out of hours so they can sort you out with anything :D

Hey YFL, Squid is the pet name for my little boy aka Sidney aka SandPup, he is no good as bait :D

Hello Spur-Hound.

 

I am bringing a 8ft 6in 16lb light rod for Pollock and coalies using jellies and a standard 7ft 30lb rod for everything else, will use this with jellies and bait. Also a 12ft beachrod. Doubt if I will bring a tripod but will see what I can carry after I do a trail run. 4 reels one each for the boat rods and one for shore with a spare just in case.
