i have not heard about the lifeboat norrie but will ask around at the lifeboat shed tomorrow after work at lunch time.
hotels....err, the park, the royal, the pentland, the station these are the main ones i think, though there may be others. when i find the phone book (you've seen the state of my windowsills...lol) i will check it up.

the only one i missed that is listed is the ferry inn hotel at scrabster (where we went for coffee whilst repairs where done on the boat)
