Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

Just as many good ones as males but i cant see how burning off a few hundred quids of rubber somehow is "good" if professional is good then ofcourse no professional will have driving related fines ,perhaps off the road drivers should stay there and be good .

I would think so, if the metric is how fast they can lap a race track. I don't know how she drives off the track.

 

Male vs female gives you two significantly overlapping positively skewed normal frequency distributions, I reckon, depending on which metric you use. If the metric is "ability to parallel park", the peak of the male distribution would be to the right of the female. If the metric is "ability not to drive like a knob and write the car off", vice-versa. Whatever you pick, considerable overlap and the right hand tail of either distribution well beyond the modal peak of the other.
