I think you made a mistake there. I know JRC produce a selection of good Radar unit's, but JVC are more for watching things like Inspector Gadget and Blue Peter.

 

Thinking about it that set - up looks like a cross between a Go Gadget doobry furkin and sticky back plastic, milk bottle top, cereal box project for junior school science class.

The monitor is the latest tech HD ready lots of thought went into the balancing of it.The safety hat was a prob at first but with help fron lowrance a safety hat and a platform in 1 was made to fix the radar toFinally the complete monty

 

you can enlarge the pics to see the high tech by just clicking on the pic....

 

You are not as smart as you think. I've found a huge flaw in your radar conversion - the glare on that big screen will make it unreadable. You ought to consider fitting a sunshade or brolly over it.
