hello all and welcome to anglers net

 

now i am not new to the site and i have been a member for some time now but i don't

no how to change my picture. !

now on my profile i have a picture but when i post something the picture doesn't come up next to my name ????

any help ?

You have a personal photo loaded in your profile but the one that displays when you post is an Avatar. You need to go into your settings and add one.
