hi, everyone

found this very informative site and joined up.

my name is john residing in dartford(just about in kent) for 15yrs but an essex boy born and bred

been fishing for 35yrs man and boy(now old git)

was carp fishing lots of the time when single not carp fished for about 10yrs now

and like to spend what time i have on the kentish rivers darenth, cray, and the medway

fishing for chub,barbel and recently perch, so different from those crowded lakes

done quite a bit of sea angling when i lived in southend on the peir and the boats

just love fish and fishing really it's a shame things like work and family get in the way!

mustn't complain though i usually manage to fish once or twice a week which isn't bad.
