F1 kicks off this coming weekend - terrestrial TV coverage is only on C4 this season - the races shown live will be without ad breaks.

 

"Channel 4 will broadcast 10 live Formula 1® races, including practice and qualifying sessions, in each of the three FIA Formula One World Championship™ seasons from 2016 to 2018. It will also broadcast comprehensive highlights of all 21 Grands Prix and qualifying sessions – including those shown live by Sky Sports F1®"

 

Ferrari are looking fairly quick in testing - could produce some closer races this season - and there's a new qualifying procedure to get to grips with.

I would rather watch that singing or talent **** than F1 ,its football with wheels ,overpaid chaps whizzing about but with few chances of getting their ears burn off to make it interesting ,get half going the other way round to liven it up! snore

.......aww fanks Barry, much appreciated, but I can make do with the highlights, it's not too difficult to arrange to not know the result on those races.

 

Not to mention of course that "popping in" would take best part of 5 hours there and back.
