I ran an upgrade script that was supplied to me for over five days, at which point it became apparent that it wasn't even halfway done, so I abandoned it.



Sorry for the ridiculous downtime. If it's any consolation, I couldn't even leave the house while it was going on.



Back to the drawing board...but not for a long while.

Thanks for trying anyway - I'd have given up after about three hours I reckon - but then that's probably how I destroyed the Windows install on my laptop. :wacko:-_-
