I imagine i own a car

Believe NOTHING anyones says or writes unless you witness it yourself and even then your eyes can deceive you

None of this "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" crap it just means i have at least two enemies!

There is only one opinion i listen to ,its mine and its ALWAYS right even when its wrong

Its far easier to curse the darkness than light one candle

Mathew 4:19

Grangers law : anything i say will  turn out the opposite or not happen at all!

Life insurance? you wont enjoy a penny!

I don't 'imagine' anything John. I'm too busy trying to interpret what the other drivers are going to do. There was a time when they used to give you a little clue by signalling, but it's getting to be a rare occurrence.

Looking at this post, and your last one, I've got to ask, Is the communion wine stronger this year?

John.

Angling is more than just catching fish, if it wasn't it would just be called 'catching'......... John

If you have a gun to theres no need to be polite until someone turns up with a bigger one.

We dont as a rule have guns so we get a range of polite to down right rude but generally most are polite until provoked

Tench,

A polite society is an armed society. American gun policies reflect this with 1000+ "road rage" gun deaths.

Phone

When i was in the MN I visited Japan many times. One of the most polite countries in the world. No guns. Some of the most impolite people I met were in Mobile, Alabama where a white man spat on me because I held a drug store door open for an old black lady. Plenty of guns.

Having said that I visited Savannah, GA on the same voyage. Wonderfull little town. I'd gladly live there

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.

my mind not only wanders-- sometimes it leaves completely.

I'm sorry none of you guys have the spirit of Biggles, but yes the communion wine is quite strong in many senses!
