Pretty lax with parts of the nhs system i wonder how easy it is to get access to it all?

How many more before the "lessons will be learnt" cop out runs out ,perhaps if people were sacked and made accountable it may improve ,stop exporting our bright hackers to america and prison and employ them ,affer all the best gamekeeper was a poacher
