I phoned Korum (aka Preston Innovations) early yesterday afternon to say that I had had a problem with a quick release net adaptor. I was told they would look for one, and lo and behold the postman brought a free replacement this morning. Less thean 24 hours dor to door !! Great stuff

In the last two weeks Drennan sent me a replacement widget (locking screw) for my super specialist landing net handle and Mastermind sent me two new reel handles after the Quick release button failed on one of my reels.
Top service from both companies as both bits of kit are well used and a few years old.
