No snow here but its freaking freezing. Been down my other property im doing up today, no heating on, bare walls, got the six doors on upstairs today though. Oh and the bathroom is fully working, SS&S up and running :punk:

 

Joiner doing oak flooring tomorrow, missus well pleased.

beware of frost and frozen pipes, it will end in tears. Leave it drained down if you can.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

System is drained mate, never filled it up after new rads were fitted, ready to remover for decoratoing hohohoho

Most sensible mate.

 

mine went crock this week, only been working for 36 years. The pump was making silly noises so we took it off and found it virtually blocked with what looked like to be metal. It came from the heat exchanger that is cast iron and had turned itself back into metal again when it surrounded the pump. All is well now, bought a new digital pump, lasted about 15 mins before it locked itself out showing overheat., fortunately I had an old 3 speed and it's working fine. Must do a power flush in the spring just in case, as I want the system to carry on working for the next 20 years or so.

Bailleys and sambuca mixed with ice , very nice i must admit.Although the original is mate with Butterscotch Schnapps.
