Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

About time ,if your towing a trailer and the middle lane is being hogged by some git doing 55 then you cannot overtake ,same with poxy restricted lorries trying to overtake other restricted lorries!

If your not towing then a simple overtake is made more dangerous because you have to go from the inside lane behind the hogger to the third lane overtake then back to the inside lane.

We once followed one for 12 miles until he left the motorway ,I would come down even harder

An no I have never hooged the middle lane if the inside lane was available

Saw a car stopped by the rozzers for that ,ignored completely the car alongside for miles that made him do it,he couldn't drop back because I was behind him with a lorry behind me so he decided to move past the outside car then go into the middle lane to overtake the lorry infront ,unfortunately for him a police car was in the outside lane at that very moment Edited by chesters1

Me too, if I'm in the inside lane going faster than some twit in the middle lane I just go on past. I used to go around the outside and make a point of going back to the inside but I just can't be arsed these days.

I think the situation has improved a little since this was publicised a while back (it's not that new), but it still goes on far too much.

Undertaking is not illegal, but you have to be careful how you do it, don't be in the outside lane and move to the middle lane to pass another vehicle in the outside lane, that is definitely illegal.

We do but have to get a taxi or lift to the bus stop! From 2 different buses 20 years ago to no buses at all ,we only got this one because its fully funded without that no bus at all.

The bus used to go from guildford to aldershot but some clever clogs decided (for 'our' benefit) the route will now cease at farnham and another bus do the exact same route from there on ,trouble is it costs a quid more and theres a 45 minute wait for it after getting of the first bus whereas there was none before .

A shopping trip to the nearest town costs £22 and thats just getting there and back by taxi, makes my old volvo look cheap!

In my sons case its an 80 miles round trip but he lives in darkest scotland we frickin live in commuter belt surrey ,hardly remote!

This topic is a shining example of why I would NEVER consider driving in England. I've not a clue what the 'ell you are talking about.

Consider a road with six traffic lanes - three for each direction - as you know, we drive on the left - the leftmost lane is where you should be if you are the only vehicle on the road - if you are the second vehicle on the road and the other vehicle is ahead of you but travelling at a slower speed, you should move into the centre of the three lanes to go past that vehicle and then return to the leftmost lane.

Add in thousands more vehicles and what happens is that the leftmost lane mostly contains lorries unable to drive at the maximum speed limit for the road, the centre lane will often contain vehicles capable of passing the lorries but unwilling to move back into the left hand lane when they have done so, this means that the third lane, furthest from the left contains all the other traffic.

It's not that unusual for the right hand lane to contain all the traffic - (except for me and Barry). :D

Ayjay,

I get that - your explanation - except - where the part about showing your 357 magnum pistol to move the guy in the middle over to the left? Our driving rules are equally as civil I guess. What is missing is the common courtesy entrusted to the driving public to obey those rules.

We are allowed to pass from the left lane center lane or right lane in your case. You break hoggers (a term we don't use) by cutting them off and slamming on your brakes.

Actually, I live in an area where 4 lanes are adequate. 2 in each direction with a 30 meter barrier separation. You are describing the rare exception found in urban traffic circumstances of the largest cities.

Here is my kind of traffic jam

Traffic like the second picture is a nightmare. Cars everywhere, notice time of day - peak traffic time.
